DEFCON 32, “Engage,” focuses on fostering collaboration and hands-on participation. Attendees are encouraged to actively take part in hacking challenges, workshops, and interactive experiences designed to deepen their connection with the global security community.

ShmooCon is an annual east coast hacker convention hell-bent on offering three days of an interesting atmosphere for demonstrating technology exploitation, inventive software and hardware solutions, and open discussions of critical infosec issues. The first day is a single track of speed talks called One Track Mind. The next two days bring three tracks: Build It, Belay It, and Bring It On.

Hacker Homecoming: DEFCON 30

DEFCON 30, “Hacker Homecoming,” marked a celebration of the hacker community’s return to in-person events. Focused on reconnection and collaboration, the event featured hands-on hacking challenges, workshops, and competitions, allowing participants to re-engage with each other and the ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape.

Collegiate Penetration Testing Competition (CPTC)

CPTC, Nov 2019

Contributed to organizing the National CPTC. CPTC stands out from other cybersecurity competitions by focusing on real-world penetration testing, simulating the work of professional security teams rather than typical defense or flag-capturing tasks.
